The interior of this 1-bedroom studio apartment is stunning - it belongs in the pages of a designer magazine. The location is incredible too. This chic and modern studio apartment has made good use of natural materials with gorgeous wooden floors and textured stone walls. There's a living room with a balcony, so you never have to miss out on the action in and around the vibrant Plaza Mayor. There's also a dream kitchen with top-class modern equipment along with a breakfast bar, stylish dining table and wall-mounted wine rack. Upstairs is the mezzanine floor with the very light bathroom overlooking the living space below. This is a unique apartment with first-class fixtures and furnishings in one of Madrid's finest streets.
You could not wish to live in a finer location with the iconic Plaza Mayor less than a minute's stroll away. This vibrant huge square is full of restaurants and bars to enjoy a coffee while watching thousands of people enjoying themselves in the plaza. Along Calle Mayor are even more shops, restaurants and bars as well as a Carrefour Express supermarket. Just across the road is a superb bakery for freshly-baked bread or to pick up savoury snacks on your way out. In 2 minutes you can walk to the San Miguel gastronomic market for fine local produce and delicious delicacies. Being in such a top tourist district, the public transport is fantastic too!
