This modern studio apartment on Calle del Duque de Alba, Lavapiés, is 24 m² and comes equipped with AC. The property has been beautifully renovated and has a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, and a mezzanine level with a double bed.
The apartment boasts a fantastic central location, close to Plaza Tirso de Molina, Plaza Mayor, and a 10-minute walk from Sol. El Rastro market takes place in the area every Sunday, and you will find endless Spanish and international restaurants to discover within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- There is also a breakfast bar to enjoy your meals.
- The apartment is stylish and has lots of character.
- There are numerous lively bars to explore in the area.
- Many of the city's most well-known attractions are within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
- There was no washing machine at the time of our visit, but the landlord is planning to install one in the storage room next to the apartment.
- The apartment is on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator.
