A sunny studio apartment with an enormous terrace is available to rent in central Malasaña. The property has a spacious main room, where you will find a double sofa-bed, which is divided from the kitchen area by some lovely shelving. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, with a 2-burner stove, a microwave, and a washing machine. Through the main room you have access to the large terrace, which has a nice awning to protect from rain and the sun, as well as a big table with chairs. The bathroom is modern, with a big shower and plenty of storage space under the sink.
In Malasaña, you'll have the best of Madrid around every corner. The area is known for being 1 of Madrid's trendiest, most popular neighborhoods, and it's no wonder why-- you'll find lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightlife hotspots, and unique shops on every street around the apartment. The property is also just a short walk from the Gran Vía, the Puerta del Sol, and Madrid's historic city center. It doesn't get better than that!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in trendy, popular Malasaña. Fun.
- 2 metro stations are within close walking distance of the property.
- The terrace is enormous!
- The studio is modern and stylish with heated floors.
