A stylish studio apartment with a loft bedroom is available to rent near the Metro in Tetuán. The property has a bright living room, where you can relax on the sofa and enjoy a meal at the small dining table. The kitchen has all the basics, including a 2-burner stove, a microwave, a washing machine, and a large fridge-freezer. Upstairs is the cozy bedroom, which has a big double bed, a desk, and a built-in wardrobe. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower and lovely tiling.
You'll be living in Tetuán, a tranquil, well-connected neighborhood to the north of the Madrid city center. Around the apartment, you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and supermarkets to enjoy. And, with Metro Line 1 just a short walk from the property, you'll have quick transport into the Madrid city center right at your fingertips!
