This styilsh studio apartment with 1-bathroom has a generous 35 m² footprint on Calle Núñez de Arce in Centro. The combined kitchen and bedroom has a double sofa bed, as well as a standalone wardrobe and a full-sized refrigerator. There is also a table and chairs and a TV.
The Royal Palace of Madrid is within a 20-minute walk, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. There are also a couple of museum nearby to explore, including Museo Nacional del Prado, the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Naval Museum.
What we liked the most
- The apartment enjoys a fantastic central location.
- The bathroom is modern with a large mirror, toilet and shower as well as a sink with some storage underneath.
- There is an elevator leading to this apartment.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is a microwave but no oven in the kitchen.
