Comfortable rooms are available in a fantastic residence hall in Moncloa, near Ciudad Universitaria and Moncloa train station. Catered to female students, this large 450m2 residence has a study area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, living space and a wonderful terrace, complete with outdoor furniture. Each bedroom type has a private sink, a comfortable bed, a desk and storage space. You will be living in a student friendly part of Madrid, with easy access to Parque del Oeste, Templo de Debod, as well as the shopping street Gran Via.

The month you move in and the month you move out, you will only pay for the days that you have booked.
Landlord policies
The English speaking landlord does not live on the property and requires 1 month rent as a deposit. Rent can be paid by cash or bank transaction. The landlord only accepts female students or postgraduates - male tenants are only allowed during July and August.
Tenants booking for 9 or 10 month long stays starting on the 19th of September onwards will be charged a fee of 250€. Bookings made before 30th June are exempt from this fee.
Overnight visitors will be charged a fee of 30€ or 40€ per night (breakfast included), depending on the room type.
