First Floor The first floor is divided into two sections. As you enter the first section, you will find a reception area with a desk. To the left, there is a common area with a big L-shaped sofa, a small table with three chairs and a water cooler. There are two bedrooms adjoining the common area. The dining room is located next to the common area and contains eight tables with four chairs each, a flat screen TV and coffee machines. There are five bedrooms with balconies adjacent to the dinning area.

To the right of the reception area, there is a long corridor leading to one bedroom and two kitchens, located on the right hand side. The bathroom is located at the end of the hall containing four sinks, four toilets and three showers.

The second part of the first floor has an elevator, an entrance hall and a long zig zag corridor leading to twelve more bedrooms, both doubles and singles. At the end of the corridor there's another spacious bathroom with four sinks, four toilets and three showers.

Second Floor As you enter the second floor, you will find a long main corridor. The first room to your left you is a double bedroom. The first room to your right is a common area with a big sofa, a flat screen TV and a small round table with three chairs. There is a second common area towards the back of the room containing three tables with four chairs each. There are three bedrooms adjoining these common areas.

As you continue making your way down the main corridor, you will find six bedrooms, both doubles and singles. At the end of the corridor you will find big bathroom with five sinks, a big mirror, three toilets and three showers.

Sixth Floor As you walk into the floor, you will encounter a bright and sunny common area with three big sofas, perfect for relaxing after a long day at university. To the left there is a home theatre area where you can play X-Box games, watch movies or sports. There is also an additional Playstation available to use. As you make your way to the outside area, you will find a vending machine with a good selection of snacks, followed by the Director's office. Outside there is a terrace with some chairs, enjoying of a beautiful view over the city. This is one of two outside areas, and the only one where smoking is permitted.

To the right of the common area, you will find two well equipped exercise rooms with a selection of high quality machines, including cardio and weight equipment. As you make your way to the back of the floor, you will find a study room with a range of study tables and chairs, copy and binding machines and a guillotine. The second smaller terrace is adjoining the study room. There is also a toilet and a compact kitchen with a small fridge, sink and microwave.

Each room has a wardrobe, one or two single beds, one or two desks with chairs, a heater and Wi-Fi. Linen is included and changed weekly. Rooms are cleaned twice a week. Each bathroom has showers with independent temperature control and dryers.

The common areas are furnished with a TV and sofas, perfect for welcoming guests.

The catering service is available from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The menus were put together by a dietitian to ensure its nutritional value. There is also a picnic service for those students wanting to order a packed meal.

The laundry service is included in the price, and it includes ironing. Bedrooms are cleaned twice a week, and common areas daily. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hall. The study room is open 24 hours and offers printing and binding facilities.

To ensure the students' health and safety, there is a 24-hour emergency telephone service, security cameras and an optional private medical assistance service. The closest public doctor is a 5 minute walk way. The student help centre offers academic support and language assistance by its bilingual staff speaking English and French.
