As you enter into the 8th floor, you will see an entrance hallway, followed by a corridor turning towards the right hand side of the house. This corridor provides access to the three bathrooms on the left and the kitchen, a patio and one bedroom on the right. There is one bedroom adjoining the kitchen and the rest of the bedrooms are located at the back of the flat, accessed via another long hallway.

As you make your way into the first flat on the 7th floor, you will find a hallway with two bedrooms on each side. At the end of the hallway you will find the kitchen, followed by two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

As you enter flat number 2, you will encounter the kitchen at the end of the entrance hallway. Once you turn right down the hallway, you will find the three bathrooms on the left, a patio and one bedroom on the right. The rest of the bedrooms are located at the back of the flat, accessed via another long hallway.

There are 4 different kinds of bedrooms (reference 1, 2, 3 and 4) available for rent in both floors of this residence hall. All rooms are equipped with a single bed, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe and shelves. The difference between these rooms is the size.

All kitchens are similarly equipped with one or two fridges, a microwave, washing machine, flat screen TV, electric stove, sink and a dining table with chairs. Fridge and storage space is provided to residents to store their food items and kitchen utensils. Every person gets their own allocated area. You are welcome to use the kitchen and electrical appliances (microwave, washing machine, iron) but you are required to bring your own cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen on flat 2 on the 7th floor has a gas rather than electrical stove.

The bathrooms are all equipped with a shower, sink and a toilet. The bathrooms on flat 2 also contain a bath tub. All bathrooms have automatic sensor lights.

An electric heater is available on every room. The washing machine operates on coins. You can dry your clothes inside on the racks provided, or you can use ropes fitted to windows.
