Breakfast, lunch and dinner available seven days a week, with emphasis on providing nutritious and varied meals. During the week lunch and dinner include an entrée, main and dessert, and on the weekend food is a bit more casual e.g. pizza, sandwiches, etc. Full board, half board, or breakfast only options available.
Weekly laundry service, and daily cleaning of rooms and common areas from Monday to Friday. Towels and linen provided. High speed fibre optic Wi-Fi available through the residence hall.
Individual heaters available in all rooms, and air conditioning in the shared areas.

Charming residence hall offering a safe and supportive living environment for students. Fifteen modern and bright single/twin rooms available for rent, all equipped with one or two beds, desks with chairs and reading lamps, shelves and wardrobes. All rooms have individual heaters and some of them have private balconies. As you enter the residence hall, you will find a common area followed by a long corridor providing access to four twin bedrooms on the left, and four single bedrooms on the right. You will encounter the large dinning/living area before the corridor turns towards the right, providing access to the other seven bedrooms on the left, and the two bathrooms on the right. This residence enjoys an unbeatable location right in the heart of Madrid, with excellent transport links to enjoy all that the city has to offer.

What we liked the most
- This lovely residence hall is truly a home away from home. There are beautiful polished wooden floors throughout, lots of windows/balconies, and all rooms and common areas are nicely decorated in either pastel or red colours creating a warm and homely feel.
- There are two common areas in this residence hall, so you will always find a nice spot to relax and hang out with other residents after a busy day at university.
- The larger common area is where you will find the dining tables with chairs where the three daily meals are served. This room is spacious and absolutely gorgeous. It is full of character and bright with five balconies that are accessed via glass doors that let in a lot of natural light. In addition you can find four bright red sofas and a flat screen TV attached to the wall. There is also storage space, a microwave and a fridge to store and prepare any additional food.
- The other common area is equipped with two comfy red sofas, a coffee table, a bookcase and flat screen TV attached to the wall. There are also two desks with five chairs, perfect to get together with a study group to get ready for a big exam. There are also a couple of plants and a window overlooking a community area.
- You will love the brand new shared bathrooms, equipped with showers, sinks and toilets.

The month you move in and the month you move out, you will only pay for the days that you have booked.
Landlord policies
One month security deposit required, and there is a booking fee of 250 euros, which is also payable at the start of every year. Rent should be paid via direct debit or by cash in the office located on site within the first 5 days of the month. A surcharge of 5% will be charged to payments after the due date. For stays of under 15 days, you will pay half a month's rent. If you stay over 15 days, you will be required to pay the full month. If you want to vacate the room before the agreed departure date, you must give 90 days notice. To book your room, you will be required to fill in a booking form and present a form of ID, two passport sized photos, and a copy of your health insurance policy
