- There are four types of bedrooms and three of the types have en-suite bathrooms or shared bathrooms for only two bedrooms
- All of the bedrooms have their own keys, perfect for those with safety as a top priority
- All utilities (water, electricity, heating, and WiFI) are included in the price of rent
- There is also a weekly cleaning service of the bedrooms as well as twice-weekly bathroom cleaning and laundry service
- All the meals are included
