This colourful residence hall is modern and immaculate throughout. It offers three room types, large and medium single rooms and double rooms equipped with twin beds. All rooms have their own desks, big built-in wardrobes, central heating and air-conditioning. Shared amenities include several bathrooms, two living areas, a laundry room and a large kitchen. This stunning residence hall is conveniently located on Maria de Molina street, in the elegant and safe neighborhood of Salamanca. The world renowned IE Business School is only meters away, making it a perfect options for students of this establishment. Other amenities within a close proximity include the Natural Science Museum, Paseo de la Castellana and countless shops, bars and restaurants.

What we liked the most
- Every bedroom in this residence hall is absolutely gorgeous, decorated using bright colours and fun patterns which create a relaxed and comforting style that will make you feel right at home.
- For extra peace of mind, each room has its own lock and key.
- The two shared living areas are a great place to get to know your roommates, both bright and sunny and equipped with sofas and a TV.
- There is one shared room featuring a long table with chairs which could be a perfect setting for a group study session.
- Meals are provided to residents from Monday to Friday, and there is also a large fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals.
- There is a large laundry room where you will also find a dryer, an ironing board, an iron, and racks to dry your clothes.
Things to keep in mind
- There are no ensuite bedrooms but there are several fully equipped bathrooms, toilet rooms and shower rooms distributed throughout the residence hall.
