This stunning residence hall is brand new and immaculate throughout. It offers four room types, small, medium and large single rooms and single rooms with an ensuite bathroom. Every bedroom type has been carefully designed to provide its occupants with a comfortable and practical living space. Shared amenities include an open plan living and dining room, several bathrooms and a gorgeous outdoor patio. This residence hall is located on Joaquin Costa street, in a very nice area within the district of Chamartín. There is a large Shopping Mall a few blocks away, and you can also walk to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, and watch some of the best football in the world. The prestigious IE Business School is also within walking distance. This residence hall is exterior, and has a total floor area of 500 sqm.

What we liked the most
- All rooms in the residence hall are modern, clean and very well-equipped including having good storage space, desks, central heating and air-conditioning.
- For added security, each room has its own key.
- There is a lovely outdoor patio equipped with a table with chairs, so you will be able to easily step outside for some fresh air when you feel like a break from studying.
- There is one large shared room set up as the dining room and living area, furnished with a long dining table with chairs, some sofas and a TV.
- In this room you will also find a microwave and an electric kettle, so you will be able to prepare yourself a snack if you get hungry between meals.
