This six bedroom apartment has five bedrooms to rent and is located on Calle Duque de Sesto, Madrid. This external apartment has two shared bathrooms, a shared toilet room, and covers an area of 130sqm. All five of the bedrooms are fully furnished and very tidy, with the sixth being occupied by the landlady. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, microwave, and two refrigerators, as well as a large dining table with chairs.
Salamanca is an excellent neighbourhood to live in, with unique boutiques, hip restaurants, and easy access to public transport.
Room description
Bedroom five is furnished with a single bed, and has an interior facing window. The room is simply furnished, but there is plenty of room to store your belongings with a large built-in wardrobe, and shelving. The room also comes with an independent key for added privacy.

What we liked the most
- A cleaning service is included in the rental price.
- There are two shared bathrooms, and a shared toilet room so you will not have to wait long for a shower in the morning.
- The bedrooms are well furnished and all feature large wardrobes.
- Bedroom two opens out onto a lovely little balcony with a small table and chairs.
- Salamanca is an excellent place to live in Madrid, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops right on your doorstep.

- This is a six bedroom apartment and there is not a lot of common space. However, the rooms are spacious.
