Rooms are available for rent in this 3 bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlady. The apartment has a large living space and fully equipped kitchen. The tenants will have exclusive use of the bathroom as the landlady has her own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living room are semi open plan, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar, which doubles as an extra food preparation surface.
The apartment is located between the districts of Malasaña and Chueca (which is also the gay district of Madrid), both areas renowned for their nightlife. Leaving the property and walking in any direction will bring you to innumerable tavernas, bars, and restaurants, offering cuisine from around the world, and, of course, plenty of tapas. Calle Fuencarral runs through the centre of Chueca and offers some great shopping, which is even open on Sundays.

Bedroom one is the largest room. It has a double bed, and a large wardrobe. It also has a table/desk. This room does not have a window.

What we liked the most
- This is a spacious apartment, with good furnishings and a great kitchen. The breakfast bar is a particularly nice touch.
- Chueca and Malasaña are two of the trendiest areas of Madrid, where the older residents and the younger ones live together in harmony, creating an exciting mix of the traditional and the new in both the residents and the commerce of the area.
- We like that there is a separate bathroom for the tenants.
- The proximity to Chueca and Tribunal Metros makes getting further afield in the city a breeze.
