The apartment feels cosy and comfortable with all the necessary facilities as well as a balcony with excellent views of the street below. It would make a lovely home for professionals and students alike. The live-in landlord is a doctor in his 20s.
Atocha is one of the most convenient areas of Madrid to live as it is home to the Atocha Cercanias train station with service to other cities in Spain via the Larga Distancia, Media Distancia, and AVE high-speed trains and all Cercanías commuter train lines. The property is also very close to the beautiful El Retiro park, ideal for picnics on sunny days.
