The rooms are quite spacious and come fully furnished with an independent key. There are 3 full bathrooms, very convenient for shared living. The kitchen and living room have an open-layout and are furnished with a dining area and TV:
This apartment is situated on Calle Ferraz in Argüelles, a residential area that is high in commerce and popular with university students. You are minutes from the beautiful Parque del Oeste and about a 10-minute walk from shops such as El Corte Inglés department store and Sephora.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
