The apartment is in a lovely area with green open spaces surrounding the tree-lined street with parking outside. The residential area is handy for shops - it's a 10-minute walk to the Mercadona supermarket and eight minutes to the Usera market - plus bars, restaurants and a gym within easy walking distance. It's very handy for public transport too.
