This is a cosy shared 3-bedroom apartment. The living room has two sofas and a television. Rent includes two meals per day (breakfast and lunch or dinner) Monday through Friday, as well as daily cleaning services in your bedroom.
The neighbourhood is very dynamic and lively. It is close to the universities, with very convenient bus connections to the campuses. You will find many shops, restaurants and markets close to this apartment. For example, there is a hair salon and Restaurante O'Rosal just around the corner from your new home.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a single bed. There is a window that overlooks the interior patio area, letting in light while offering peace and quiet. This room is right next to the kitchen, entrance and bathroom, so you can come and go easily. It includes a desk, along with shelving, storage space and a standalone wardrobe for you to store your belongings in.
What we liked the most
- The location of this apartment is very convenient if you want to go to one of the universities, or if you want to go to Central Madrid.
- This is a lively neighbourhood with many young people, so you will find plenty of social life here.
- This apartment is right next to a very large park, so you can get out and enjoy some fresh air and green space anytime you want!
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady lives in this apartment, and her son lives part-time in the spare bedroom.
- The stove and oven are off-limits to the tenant, as the landlady prepares two meals per day for the tenant.
- The landlady cleans the tenant's room, but it is mandatory that the tenant makes their own bed everyday.
