There are rooms for rent in this spacious 130 m² 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment on Calle de Fernando el Católico in Moncloa. This apartment has a large, modern kitchen. Each bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower, and all are located down the hall by the kitchen.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a bank and supermarket. Oeste Park is only a 15-minute walk away, and is a great place to relax, or go for a run in the summer sun. The Royal Palace of Madrid, and plenty of other cultural attractions are only a half-hour walk away.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and plenty of storage including shelving, a chest of drawers and a standalone wardrobe. There is also a desk, and independent key.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a window in the bathroom and the door, letting in natural light.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The Technical University of Madrid is a 25-minute walk away, and the Complutense University of Madrid is a little further away at a 30-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- The kitchen is not currently equipped, but the landlady will equip it before anyone moves in.
