This 150 m², 7-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Atocha has single- and double-bed room available to rent. The apartment is fully equipped for shared living with a large kitchen and multiple showers and bathrooms. The rooms are both interior and exterior, but being on the 6th floor allows for plenty of natural light. Each room is fully furnished and comes with a lock and key for added privacy.
On Paseo de la Infanta Isabel, the apartment is located right across the street from Madrid's Atocha train station. This is perfect if you travel for work or plan to explore cities around Spain. A few minutes away you also the beautiful Retiro Park and the Real Observatorio de Madrid. When you want a little more city action, just jump on the metro and arrive at Puerta del Sol in just 10 minutes.
