This room is for rent in a cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady on Calle Visitación in Usera. The kitchen has an oven and microwave as well as access to the terrace, and the living room is similarly well-equipped with a TV and sofa.
There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a 2-minute walk just around the corner, and the Centro Comercial Los Arrayanes mall is within a 5-minute walk. The large Parque de Pradolongo is only a 15-minute walk away, while the Emperatriz María de Austria Park is a 25-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The living room is a great space to relax with the live-in landlady.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is tidy with a toilet, bidet, sink and shower over bath.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a garage for additional storage, and storage for bicycles.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
