There are rooms for rent in this central 13-bedroom, 5-bathroom apartment on Puerta del Sol in Centro. The living room is spacious, and is a great place to relax with your flatmates. There is also a small study room, while the kitchen has an oven and 4 refrigerators and some shelving.
Plaza Mayor is only a 5-minute walk away, while the San Miguel Market is within a 10-minute walk. This apartment is also opposite the Puerta del Sol, and close to the Monasterio de las Descalzas Reales.

Bedroom 5 is a tidy room with a double bed, desk and a large standalone wardrobe so there is plenty of space for you to store your belongings.

- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a large table and chairs in the kitchen so you can sit down to a meal with your flatmates.

- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
