This 70m² three bedroom flat with two bathrooms is perfect for students. It is located opposite Comillas university and only 5 minutes walk to Arguelles metro which connects to the centre in two stops. Two of the rooms face the street and a cheaper room is interior. The flat is on the 1st floor and there is an elevator.

What we liked the most
- The location is great for those that want to be near to it all. Many of Madrid's universities are in this area, aswell as some great nightlife, and a short distance south is the centre of the city.
- With two bathrooms and only three rooms you will never have to wait for your turn!
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is compact and the oven is not full size, however it has everything you would need.
- The flat has no living room.
