This seven-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Calle de la Princesa in the Argüelles section of Madrid, one of Madrid’s premier student areas. It’s located near many of Madrid’s university campuses including Complutense, the Alberto Aguilera Campus of Comillas, and the Politécnica. The area also has connections to the Intercambiador de Moncloa bus station and access to the center of Madrid. This apartment is ideal for students at these campuses looking to be close to campus and have the connections via transport to explore the city. The area of the apartment is 125 m2.

This bedroom, with an area of 13 m2, has a single bed with bookcase, desk, and chair. This bedroom is an interior bedroom with a view of the light well. There is a bookcase next to the bed as well as a nigh stand, in addition to a wardrobe, chair, and mirror.
