Rooms are available to rent in a 4-bedroom apartment on Calle de Hortaleza. The small kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and all bedrooms are colourful and receive natural light from windows facing the street outside.
The best feature of this apartment is its location, on stunning Hortaleza street, a picturesque shopping road in the heart of the city. You will also find a great range of restaurants to suit all tastes within walking distance, as well as many bars, clubs and live music venues. World famous Gran Via street is located a few minutes away from the apartment, and you can walk to Puerta del Sol in seven minutes. This apartment is interior and the floor area is 60 sqm.

- All bedrooms have street views and are nicely decorated using bright colours.
- There is central heating in the flat, so you won't suffer on those bitterly cold Madrid winter nights.
- The bathroom has funky retro style tiles, and is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a sink.
- These rooms are perfect for students, as each room has its own desk.
- There is also a handy cleaning service provided.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is small but fully functional. It only has a small fridge and no oven.
- There is no living area, but you will find a small dining table in the kitchen.
