This 100 sqm apartment is perfect for students, as it is located on Benito Gutiérrez street, in the popular student area of Argüelles & Moncloa. This interior apartment offers four single bedrooms, one shared bathroom, one toilet, a kitchen and a living area. All bedrooms have their own desks, so you will be able to study from the comfort of your own room. This apartment is well-communicated, with a number of buses serving the area and located within close proximity from two metro stations.

Bedroom 1 has a single bed, a desk, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a heating unit and a wardrobe. There is a window with interior patio views.

- All rooms are comfortable and are equipped with their own wardrobes and desks.
- There is a shared living area furnished with a dining table, a TV and a sofa.

- There is central heating so you will be nice and cozy even in winter.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is nicely presented using decorated white tiles. It is fully functional and has a good range of appliances on offer including a coffee maker, a microwave, a fridge and a stove, though there is no oven.
