This interior flat has a floor area of 110 sqm, and is comfortable and silent, as it faces a courtyard rather than the street. Shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen where you will also find a washing machine, and a living area with a TV. There is central heating throughout the apartment, so you will be nice and warm even during the harsh Madrid winter. Wi-Fi is already installed and included in the monthly rent, allowing you to contact your family back home as soon as you arrive to the flat. The apartment is located on Embajadores street, in the neighborhood of Arganzuela, steps away from a metro station.
