This interior apartment has a floor area of 100 sqm, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. All bedrooms are very pleasant and clean, and there is also a shared living area with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. These rooms offer very good value for money, with Wi-Fi, central heating and a cleaning service included in the monthly rent. This practical apartment is located on Embajadores street, in the neighborhood of Arganzuela, steps away from a metro station.

- The kitchen is fitted with a good range of appliances and cooking utensils, allowing you to save some money by cooking your own meals.
- There is one fully equipped bathroom and one toilet with no shower.

- The spacious living area is a nice shared room where you can get together with your roommates at the end of a busy day at school.
