We're proud to present this incredibly large 8 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment in the student-friendly neighborhood of Moncloa. You'll be living on Calle Andres Mellado, close to one of Madrid's most central and most fun districts, Malasaña. It will take you just a few short minutes by foot or metro to reach Madrid's universities, supermarkets, famous bars, restaurants and other landmarks. The apartment is absolutely massive with its 226m2 and eight rooms, perfect for young workers who seek a social setting at home. Though the rooms for rent are ideal for those studying in this exciting city, it's absolutely not limited to anyone in particular! Every bedroom for rent comes fully furnished and offers plenty of light. The apartment is also near several metro stations as well as bus stations with night buses. You'll be surrounded by 7 other flatmates, sharing three bathrooms and living in one of the liveliest areas of Madrid - we can guarantee you'll have the time of your life!

What we liked the most
- We really enjoyed the size of this apartment and despite it having eight rentable bedrooms, they are all decent size and have big windows.
- You can't beat this convenient location - the apartment is just minutes away from the commercial street of Calle Princesa. It also has easy access to plenty of universities and attractions.
- The apartment has three bathrooms, meaning there won't be any problems with overcrowding in the morning or evening.
- These rooms will be perfectly fit for young workers, as you'll have seven other flatmates to offer plenty of fun!
Things to keep in mind
- Two of the bedrooms, as listed, only have single beds, but still provide everything you need to live comfortably.
- Tenants must pay a 10 euro extra fee to use the A/C.
