Have you always wanted to live in a nice apartment near Madrid's city centre? We have two gorgeous rooms for rent for singles in one of Madrid's favorite streets, Calle Libertad, in Chueca - the city's most central and most fun district. The apartment consists of three bedrooms - two big, rentable rooms and the third one which belongs to the landlord, who is a cultured man in his late 30s. Each bedroom is very spacious, offering a living room area and a sleeping area, and tenants will share a fully furnished kitchen. You'll be living in the heart of Madrid and have easy access to every part of the city. The area is surrounded by landmarks, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and supermarkets - we can guarantee you'll never be bored.

What we liked the most
- The rooms are very spacious and room 1 even offers two windows with gorgeous views onto Calle Libertad - absolutely perfect. Each room comes fully furnished and offers a lot of storage for all your belongings.
- You can't beat this central and fun location - you'll practically have the whole Madrid at your feet, from bars, clubs, restaurants to plenty of museums and attractions. You won't even have to use the metro! Chueca area is also very diverse and provides endless amounts of fun - there's always something happening.
- The cute cosy kitchen comes fully furnished so you won't have to worry about bringing anything with you - and you can always ask your landlord if you have any issues with anything as he is just a few steps away!
