Fifteen rooms are available for rent in a large student-flat close to Retiro park in central Madrid. This modern apartment has been recently refurbished, and offers a clean and tidy living space. All private rooms are fully-furnished, and tenants will share use of a full kitchen, a living area with a television and a washing machine. This exterior apartment is located on Calle Conde de Aranda in the trendy neighbourhood of Salamanca. This convenient spot is within walking distance to many of Madrid’s most important attractions, and only minutes from several metro stations, bus stops and train station Madrid-Recoletos, where you can access several Cercanias services to explore different areas of Madrid.

Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has two levels. Bedroom 15 is the only one that is located upstairs, adjoining the kitchen and living area.
- There are only three bathrooms to be shared amongst all bedrooms.
- All rooms are equipped with a double bed, but are only suitable for one occupant.
- Rooms 1, 2 and 7 do not have a window.
