This is a fully furnished 30sqm studio apartment for rent on Calle Hernán Cortés, in Chueca. The apartment is exterior and has a small balcony overlooking the street below. It features one bathroom and a compact but well equipped kitchen with a washing machine. There is also good storage space in the form of shelving in the dining area, and a standalone wardrobe. The location of this flat is hard to beat, with great bars, restaurants and cafes right outside your door. Two main metro stations are within easy walking distance, making it easy to travel to other parts of Madrid. The nightlife in Chueca and neighbouring Malasaña is fantastic and overall this is a very desirable place to live!

- The apartment for rent is fully furnished, very tidy and stylishly decorated.
- The location is amazing, right in the heart of Chueca, one of Madrid's hippest neighbourhoods.
- There is a cute little balcony overlooking the street.
- Though the flat is small, it makes good use of space, creating a comfortable atmosphere
- The living area has a comfortable sofa, television and stereo.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, cutlery, and a microwave.
- The flat has an air-conditioning unit which can be used for both hot and cold air.
Things to keep in mind
- The bed is a sofa bed that can be folded away when not in use.
- The kitchen has a stove but no oven.
