A main feature of this flat is its centric location on Calle Salitre, only five minutes from Puerta del Sol and within walking distance to Lavapiés, Antón Martín, Museo del Prado and Retiro Park, just to name a few of the interesting landmarks you will find just steps from your front door!

- This cozy studio apartment is very warm and welcoming, with attractive sloping ceilings and beautifully decorated throughout.
- The bathroom offers plenty of storage and is equipped with a bathtub.
- The flat has an air-conditioning unit, an individual electric heater and rent includes bills.
- This flat's location in Madrid's city centre and only minutes from Sol will make an excellent base to explore the city!
