There are many transport links in the area that provide access to all parts of the city, and tenants can walk to the Technical or Complutense Universities of Madrid. The apartment is brand-new with great attention to aesthetic detail. The living and sleeping area is cosy and fresh, with a comfortable sofa bed, that turns into a double bed, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is compact and fitted with modern appliances and worktop surfaces. Fully equipped: towels, linen, kitchenware, etc.
This area is lively and multicultural - full of international places to eat, drink and socialise.
