Located in the Usera neighborhood just outside Madrid, this 45 sqm apartment is quite spacious for a studio. The single space is organized into distinct dining, living, sleeping, and kitchen areas, all with ample storage and shelving. The double bed is divided from the rest of the room with a curtain and large standalone wardrobe. In the kitchen you will find plenty of cabinet space, an electric stove, oven, washing machine, and small balcony facing the interior patio. Usera is a small, well connected suburb just to the south of Madrid, featuring many shops and several fantastic parks. You can reach the center in 30 minutes or less, making this a great option for commuters.
What we liked the most
- There is a washing machine and a patio to dry clothes, so you will save money on laundry.
- Usera has several large and beautiful parks that are great for jogging or cycling.
- The area has several public transport options to get to the city center.
- This studio has a lot of shelving and storage that takes advantage of the small space.
