Beautiful 20th-floor studio apartment for rent with spectacular views over the city and free gym access. Located in one of the tallest buildings in the Argüelles area, this elegant studio which is equipped with a central air conditioning system comes fully furnished and is very luxurious – a must have for those looking for a studio with the best skyline view of the city! The surrounding area is just as charming, featuring many shops and restaurants, as well as the picturesque Templo de Debod and Parque del Oeste.

- The living area has a comfortable sofa and a television.
- Although compact, the studio features several storage units for your belongings.
- We love the mirrors in the living area which reflect the fantastic views.
- Central air conditioning is provided, perfect for stays over the summer.
Things to keep in mind
- To save space, the studio has a pop-up bed.
- Please note that the kitchen does not have an oven. However, a microwave and a stove are provided.
