Interior duplex studio for rent in La Latina. The comfortable studio is fully equipped and complete with a fantastic loft area where you can find a large double bed. Along with appliances such as a washing machine and an oven, tenants are also provided with an air conditioning system.
The surrounding area is lively. You will be living moments from Plaza Mayor, Madrid's Royal Palace and Puerta de Sol. The studio is also just a short walk from the popular Sunday market known as El Rastro and you can find many shops, restaurants, and cafes in the neighborhood.

- The living area also has several storage units and a desk, perfect for those working from home.

- The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.
