This cosy 35 m² studio apartment is available for rent in the desirable Salamanca area of the city. You will have a spacious living area, with a sofa and a raised double bed. There is lots of storage space, and a small dining table. The kitchenette has an electric stove and a small portable electric oven. You will also have a private washing machine.
You will be living in one of the most upmarket areas of the city, close to the famous Calle de Alcalá which is surrounded by boutique stores, (and high street shops), along with some of the best restaurants in the city. Best of all, Retiro park is only a 10-minute walk away, and is a beautiful place to spend your weekends.
What we liked the most
- With the raised bed, the studio feels like it has a lot more space.
- The kitchen is well-equipped, and you will have a private washing machine.
- There is lots of storage space to keep the apartment from feeling cluttered.
- Retiro park is just a short walk from the studio.
