This studio flat is really well equipped and modern, with nice features and furnishings, and is available for rent in the Almagro area. The kitchen is well equipped for a studio, with an electric stove and microwave, cupboard space, and even a dishwasher. There is a double bed and a huge flat-screen TV, as well as a desk and a small sofa. The bathroom is very modern and has a spacious shower.
The area is very cosmopolitan, and you will find plenty of shopping, bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The very popular and pleasant Plaza de Olavide is a few minute's walk away, which is the perfect place to spend an evening at a terraza with some friends.

- The studio is really modern and nicely furnished.
- You will have both AC and a dishwasher.
- There are plenty of shops, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants nearby.
- You will be living just a few minutes from the lovely Plaza de Olavide.
