This 37 m² studio apartment available to rent is an elegant property that provides a cozy and modern home. The studio has a rectangular shape that gives you the sense that there are 3 different spaces: the kitchen, the bedroom, and the living room. There is a pull-down double bed, which allows you to easily transform your apartment into a large open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen corner has plenty of space and also has a small dining table. The living room area has cozy seating and opens up onto a small balcony overlooking the pool below.
The studio is located in the convenient and affordable neighborhood of Delicias. There is both a metro station and a Cercanías station on your doorstep. The neighbourhood also has plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants, and is close to the Madrid Río riverside park and the Matadero cultural centre.
What we liked the most
- The studio is located in a modern building with a swimming pool and parking available.
- The apartment comes with modern amenities such as AC, a dishwasher, washing machine, and a large flat-screen TV.
- The couch in the living room is a double sofa-bed, so you can host guests without any problems!
- The apartment is in a great location with a Mercadona, 24-hour pharmacy, and 100 Montaditos less than 5 minutes away.
- You are also well-connected to the rest of the city with multiple bus lines that pass by and a train station less than 1 minute away.
Things to keep in mind
- Only small pets are allowed.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it does come with a microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space.
