The location would be ideal for students and postgraduates at Universidad Complutense or Universidad Politécnica de Madrid; both are within easy walking distance. The apartment is in Plaza de Viena, just 8 minutes from Guzmán el Bueno metro station.

- Being on the 18th floor means spectacular views over the city.
- There is a rooftop pool! Need we say more?
- There is air conditioning to keep you cool in summer.
- Pets are permitted.
- The building is secure - a doorman works 24/7 at reception.
- You will be living very near several universities and within easy reach of central Madrid.
- Guzmán el Bueno metro station is 8 minutes away.
