This studio apartment is available to rent on Calle de los Reyes in Malasaña. The 28 m² apartment has a very cosy feel, and is well furnished, with 2 single beds which can be separated, or kept pushed together to creates a double. There is a lot of storage space in the apartment, a dining table as well as a pull out desk, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen comes fully-equipped, and includes a 2-burner electric stove, a microwave, and a 3/4 size fridge-freezer.
This is a great location in the city, right next to Plaza de España, a large square with the looming neo-baroque towers of Edificio de España towering above, and a monument to Spain's most beloved literary genius, Cervantes, in the centre. This plaza marks the edge of the central district of the city, which means that within just a few minutes walk of your home, you'll find yourself in the royal district of the city, by the Palacio Real, the royal opera house, and Madrid's most famous square, Plaza Mayor.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom has a bathtub – rare for a studio, where space is at a premium. Luxurious.
- There's even a washing machine, again, rare in a studio apartment.
- Close to the centre of Madrid, and from the ever popular bars and restaurants the fill Malasaña, here you get the best of both worlds.
- Commuting to work or study won't be a problem, with 3 Metro lines accesible within a couple of minute's walk.
