A bright, 30 m² studio apartment with AC is available to rent in Madrid's Chamberi/Moncloa neighbourhood. The interior is compact, but sunny and clean. The kitchenette is practical, and has everything you need apart from an oven. The living area/bedroom has a large sofa which folds out into a bed. The bathroom has a high-tech power jet shower - what a luxury.
This apartment is on Calle Donoso Cortes in the Chamberi/Moncloa neighbourhood. This is a great area to live in - it is tranquil, and mostly residential, but you also have a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops, and the city centre is not far away. The Malasaña neighbourhood is just 15 minutes away, and Canal metro station can be reached in under 4 minutes.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has plenty of embedded storage.
- The bathroom has a great jet shower.
- This property has both a washing machine and a dryer - you can do your laundry from home.
- AC units are spread throughout the property.
- You will be living near Moncloa and Malasaña.
- Canal metro station is 4 minutes away, and Quevedo metro station is also nearby.
