Looking for convenience and comfort? This studio apartment available to rent in the Príncipe Pío provides it all. The 40 m² studio has a stylish industrial decor with an exposed brick wall, wooden table, and copper light fixture. There is an elegant black-and-grey kitchen, as well as a spacious bathroom. The leather sofa opens up into a comfortable double bed, and you have a spacious balcony with beautiful views of the Madrid River.
Príncipe Pío is a quiet, residential area that is only about 20 minutes to central areas such as Plaza Mayor and Sol. Located right next to the Madrid River, you have plenty of paths perfect for a bike ride or run. The Príncipe Pío station is only a 10-minute walk and not only provides you with metro and train connections, but it also house a huge shopping center.
What we liked the most
- A studio with a balcony is a true luxury!
- The beautiful view is a great way to start your day off right.
- The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space, so you don't have to worry about space.
- We love the bathroom with the rainfall shower head.
- The built-in wardrobe has plenty of space and chest of drawers.
- The landlord has provided a closet bed (closet that can be converted into a bed), so it is great for guests!

- There is no oven, but there is a microwave, coffee machine, electric stove, and a mini refrigerator.
