This studio apartment to rent in Ópera covers an area of 23 m² and has has been beautifully renovated. The property is equipped with central heating and has sofa bed, television, modern bathroom, and a kitchen with all the essentials,
The apartment enjoys a fantastic location in the heart of Madrid, only 6 minutes from Sol. The Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and the Gran Via are located nearby, and you will find numerous bars, theatres, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep.
What we liked the most
- You will find a desk with a chair to study or work.
- There is a foldable table which makes very good use of space.
- The bathroom is brand new.
- The sofa-bed is Italian style and very easy to open.
- There is a spacious built-in wardrobe.
- The area offers numerous markets to explore.
Things to keep in mind
- The refrigerator is only half-sized, but it is sufficient for 1-2 people.
