This smartly presented, cosy studio apartment is available to rent on Calle Salitre in the heart of Lavapiés. The studio is 24 m² and includes a single bed, with a pull out bed beneath, meaning it can sleep up to 2 people. There is a desk and TV, and a good kitchen, which comes full equipped, and has a breakfast bar where you can eat your meals. There is also a pull out table to seat more people if you have guests.
Just moments from Plaza Lavapiés, this is a great location. Popular for its bars and restaurants, and its rough-and-ready style, Lavapiés is a multicultural paradise. And it's very central too – you can walk to Puerta del Sol in under 10 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is unusually spacious for a studio apartment, and well-equipped, too.
- You have a washer-dryer, which is very convenient.
- Have a taste for spice? Lavapiés is known for having the best Indian restaurants in the city.
- You're just around the corner from the Reina Sofía art museum. Picasso's Guernica, is on display here.
