This 42 m² studio apartment available to rent in the San Blas area provides a peaceful escape from the rush of the big city. The studio opens up onto a large green terrace furnished with a chill out zone and outdoor dining area. The apartment feels brand new with modern appliances and cool and modern design. There is a bedroom corner with a double bed, living room area, and an equipped kitchenette.
San Blas is known as the tech-center of Madrid, providing a beautiful landscape of green parks and tall skyscrapers. The apartment is surrounded by all your basic amenities, as well as a metro stop close by. You also have other important headquarters, which include the office of Huffington Post Spain and El Hormiguero (a late-night Spanish talk show).
What we liked the most
- The terrace is your piece of heaven in the bustling Madrid.
- The studio feels even bigger than it is with its large terrace and extremely high ceilings.
- We love the chocolate colored bathroom – quite elegant!
- You are only 20 minutes away from the city center.
