Home to attractions such as the Paseo de la Castellana shopping district and the IE Business School, Salamanca is an upmarket area with lots to offer. There are many restaurants, boutiques, and cafes to explore and there is excellent public transport.
What we liked the most
- The sofa converts into a double bed.
- The apartment has a large flat-screen television.
- There is extra storage cupboards under the bed.
- The apartment has a reception service.
- Calles Serrano is nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The floor is made of natural wood, so the landlord requests that tenants look after it and never clean it with water. The kitchen is made of Silestone, so the landlord asks that tenants refrain from placing hot items on the counter.
