This modern studio apartment to rent on Calle Evaristo San Miguel, Argüelles, is nicely decorated and well equipped. The 38 m² property has a kitchen with a washing machine, double bed, and a stylish tiled bathroom.
The apartment enjoys a great location, close to shops, restaurants, bars, Plaza de España and the iconic Gran Vía. The area is also very well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is a little balcony with interior patio views.
- The apartment is furnished with a sofa and an extendable table.
- There is plenty of storage space.
- Beautiful Parque del Oeste is located nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- There was no oven, microwave, television or Wi-Fi connection at the time of our visit, but the landlord informed us they will be in the apartment by the time you move in.
- The landlord will also provide additional furnishings and decorations.
