This large 30 m² apartment is located on Calle Estébanez Calderón, Tetuán, only a short metro ride away from the centre of Madrid. The modern, stylish apartment is furnished including a bed, washer-dryer, fridge and plenty of storage. The studio also includes a desk and large TV.
Tetuán is a quiet but vibrant suburb of Madrid. Close to the apartment you will find several restaurants, with a supermarket only a 10-minute walk away. You won't need to travel far to find the necessities.
What we liked the most
- The studio boasts a private, modern bathroom.
- There is a AC to keep you cool in the warmer months.
- The kitchen comes with an electric hob and everything you need to cook.
- The apartment is close to transport.
- It is also located close to IDESIE Business School.

- Wi-Fi is not installed.
- The refrigerator is small, but suitable for 1-2 tenants.
